Das Design des im Aluminiumgussverfahren hergestellte Stuhls ist von einem Computerprogramm berechnet, welches das Wachstum menschlicher Knochenstrukturen simuliert und aufzeichnet. Die Strukturen des Stuhls werden so berechnet, da\u00df an Stellen mit hoher Belastung Material aufgebaut wird und an Stellen mit geringer Belastung weniger Material eingesetzt wird.<\/p>\n<p>Zur Herstellung des Stuhls produzierte ein 3D-Drucker eine mehrteilige Keramikgussform, die nach dem Zusammenbau mit geschmolzenem Aluminium ausgegossen wurde.\u00a0Nach dem Entformen wurde der Bone Chair in Handarbeit geschliffen und poliert.<\/p>\n<p>Die Miniatur des Bone Chairs wird vom Vitra Design Museum hergestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Ma\u00dfe der Miniatur: 74 x 129 mm, 126 mm hoch.<\/p>\n<p>Ma\u00dfstab der Miniatur: 1:6<\/p>\n<p>Artikelnummer der Miniatur: 20 2577 01<\/p>\n<p>Genau wie f\u00fcr das gro\u00dfe Original wird im 3D-Drucker eine Gussform in verkleinertem Ma\u00dfstab hergestellt, die mit Aluminium ausgegossen wird.
